Since officially joining IQI last May, if you ask me how it’s been—just look at the results.
I used to work solo most of the time, but now I have a group of dedicated partners fighting alongside me (with more to join soon!).
When leading the team, I actually referred many of my own client leads to others. Because I know that to be a good leader, you have to sacrifice some personal sales at the beginning.
But it’s all worth it. We’ve shared so many great moments and fought hard together—filming videos, strategizing project ads, playing team-building games, team bonding and joining all the activities I planned (thanks for the support, guys!). We’ve been through ups and downs, and it hasn’t been easy.
I never wanted my team to feel the loneliness I once did working alone in the field. So, I worked hard to create a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture—a place where everyone can work toward our goals with trust , sharing both successes and challenges. (Of course, there’s always room to improve, and I’ll keep going on .)
Honestly, our tribe is incredibly united, and that’s what makes me happiest—because everyone truly embraces the spirit of teamwork. We’ll definitely keep this strong culture alive.
My biggest wish is for all my teammates to stand on stage together next year and win awards.
To all property agents and leaders out there:
If you’re feeling stuck and considering a change, let’s grab coffee. I’ll share what benefits of joining IQI company and our team strength and how we balance everything (Subsales + Projects + Teamwork).
Let’s set goals together and combine our strengths 💪 Perfection doesn’t exist alone ,but success does when you’re surrounded by the right people shifting gears with you.
