Regarding recent fraudulent activities involving the unauthorized use of our company agents’ information on Mudah.com and Property Guru.
These actions have negatively affected our company’s reputation.

The scammer is using the following details:

The scammer’s common method is to offer properties for rent or sale and request that a booking fee or deposit be transferred to a designated bank account. Please be reminded that if the bank account name or details provided DO NOT belong to our company, DO NOT proceed with any transfer and report it to us immediately.
Please refer to the profile photo provided. However, note that the profile photo may be changed frequently.
As a result, our company has taken legal action. Kindly refer to the attached document for further details.

其常见诈骗手法为以出租或售卖房屋为由，要求客户先将订金转账至指定银行户口。 在此特别提醒，如发现对方提供的银行户口名称或资料并非本公司名下，请勿❌进行任何转账，并立即通知公司。
