Internship In Real Estate Agency

-Assist REN,Team Manager & Group Agency Manager on daily basis on administrative tasks
- Research and source for properties for sale from owners and upload ads in online platforms such mudah, iproperty, facebook etc
- Monitor progress on loans and follow up with bankers and lawyers on the status of each client
- Prepare simple weekly reports for monitoring purposes
- Assist on other ad hoc tasks and projects.Comprehensive training will be provided to the candidates on how to be a successful property agent or Real Estate Negotiator (REN) through daily work, videos and Zoom seminars. What is important is that we are looking for those who are hardworking and can work independently.
-Minimum internship period is 3 months. Candidates will be offered to join Landsworth Properties as REN after successful completion of the internship programme on commission basis.
This is a good opportunity for those who are interested to learn and consider REN as a future career with direct coaching from our top REN and Group Agency Manager.
