​One of the greatest strengths of our neighborhood is our diversity. To ensure all our residents feel supported and comfortable during this sacred time, we encourage everyone to practice a little extra neighborly consideration:

​Mindful Dining: While non-Muslim residents are free to go about their daily routines, being mindful of eating or drinking conspicuously in common shared areas during daylight hours is a greatly appreciated gesture of respect for those fasting.

​Quiet Hours: Many neighbors will be waking up early for Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) or staying up late for Taraweeh prayers. Keeping noise levels down during late-night and early-morning hours helps everyone get the rest they need.

​Patience and Kindness: Fasting from dawn to sunset is a significant physical and spiritual undertaking. A little extra patience goes a long way in maintaining our harmonious community spirit.

​To address recent concerns regarding frequent lift service disruptions, the JMB has scheduled a comprehensive technical audit for all lift units at Savanna. ​We have instructed our lift vendor to conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical parts and electronic components. This proactive measure will allow us to identify and replace aging parts before they fail, ensuring better long-term reliability for everyone.

Subject: Urgent Notice: Temporary Suspension of Lift A2-PL3

​Dear Block A Residents,

​Please be informed that the Management Office (MO) has received a report regarding a breakdown of lift A2-PL3. Our lift vendor has been notified and is currently attending to the matter.

​Following a technical inspection, the vendor confirmed a fault with the main contactor. To ensure resident safety and prevent further mechanical damage, the lift has been temporarily shut down for repairs.

​We have urged the vendor to prioritize these repairs to minimize downtime. We will notify you as soon as the lift is back in service.

​We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we prioritize the safety of our community.
