Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) menerusi kenyataan memaklumkan kadar dasar semalaman (OPR) diturunkan sebanyak 25 mata asas kepada 2.75 peratus.

Selain itu, BNM turut memaklumkan, kadar siling dan lantai bagi OPR masing-masing kepada 3 peratus dan 2.5 peratus.

i-MILIKI : PEMBERIAN INSENTIF PENGECUALIAN DUTI SETEM BAGI PEMBELIAN RUMAH

Kerajaan telah mengumumkan pengecualian duti setem bagi pembelian rumah pertama menerusi sebuah inisiatif yang berkuat kuasa 1 Jun 2022 hingga Disember 2023.

Berikut dikongsikan lebih lanjut tentang inisiatif ini untuk makluman bersama.

Apakah i-MILIKI?

Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob telah mengumumkan inisiatif i-MILIKI dalam jelajah Karnival Jom Beli Rumah Tahun 2022 pada 15 Julai 2022.

Ia melibatkan pemberian insentif pengecualian duti setem ke atas surat cara pindah milik dan perjanjian pinjaman bagi pembelian rumah pertama mengikut harga rumah.

- Bagi rumah berharga RM500,000 dan ke bawah, insentif pengecualian duti setem adalah sebanyak 100%.

- Bagi rumah berharga melebihi RM500,000 sehingga RM1 juta, insentif pengecualian sebanyak 50%.

🎉_Update on stamp duty and RPGT exemptions_🎉

Several short term economic recovery initiatives have been introduced by the government to provide incentives for the property market in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

📄_PENJANA Economic Recovery Plan_📄
Under the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC)
– Stamp duty exemption on the transfer of property and loan agreement for homes priced between RM300,000 to RM2.5 million from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
– Real property gains tax (RPGT) exemption for Malaysians disposing up to three properties from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021.

🎊_Budget 2021_🎊
To promote home ownership for first-time buyers
– Stamp duty exemption on instruments of transfer and loan agreement for first time home buyers is extended until 31 December 2025.
– Limit of duty stamp for first residential home is also increased up to RM500,000, effective from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025.
