Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to drive our online presence and promote our real estate services. This role involves developing digital marketing strategies, managing content, optimizing SEO/SEM, and handling social media and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content for various digital channels.
• Grow and manage social media presence and monitor trends.
• Optimize website and manage paid search campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Execute email marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Manage e-commerce marketplace presence and optimize product listings.

Qualifications:
• Age 23-35
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Preferred: Experience with real estate marketing, Google Analytics/Ads certification, graphic design tools.
