Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Accounts Consolidation, Accounts Entry, Accounts Administration.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.

Familiarize in UBS Accounting and Billing

Prepare and submit Management Report of assigned client & company to HOD and Management as per deadline given.

Prepare bank reconciliation, update fixed assets schedule; accruals & prepayment schedule; rental assets schedule for monthly journal of assigned client & companies.

Update cash flow reports of assigned client & companies on daily basis and send to HOD and Management.

Prepare payment to relevant parties accordance to banking system set by Bank Negara (e.g. cheque, online banking and etc.)

Input all the relevant data (e.g. invoices, payment voucher, bank in slips transactions and etc.) in appropriate accounting system as per company’s policies, procedures and approved accounting standards.

To prepare relevant supporting schedules, notes to accounts and reconciliation for internal reporting and audit purpose.

Periodic update on tracking reports to HOD.

To liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties as and when required pertaining to accounts.

To liaise with bankers pertaining of company bank account matters.

Assist with special accounting projects.
