Owner dies, house had to be auctioned
Someone called me last 2 month . Just a random person. The sound is very urgent and firm.
"madam help me madam. I don't know what to do" there was a melancholy tone there.
The house where he and his children live now will be auctioned. The auction date is 26 February. Just got the auction notice today.
That is the only property that the late husband left behind for their children to shelter.
I asked him, why not claim insurance? He said that only after his husband died did he know that when it was time to make a loan at the bank, his husband did not take out insurance once.
God Heartbroken to hear.
I don't know how to help. Just for the opinion of this little knowledge and experience. Hope I can help a little. May his affairs be made easier.

If so, how long?
If there is, what is the coverage?
If not, please take it.
I really emphasize insurance when my customers make a home loan. Lawyer fees and valuation, please prepare your own money if the bank cannot finance it.
We do not know our future. Who will go first? So, provide protection for our assets so as not to trouble the heirs in the future.
We are the ones who make the loan, other people have to continue paying. No shock like that.
