SENIOR BUILDING EXECUTIVE (SBE)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To oversee the building operations and management including cleaning, landscaping, security, common facilities, building services, contractors & service providers;
• Work closely with contractors and service providers on building defect rectification, regular maintenance, and services;
• Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs, supervising sites staff;
• Budgetary control, monitoring cost/expenses, income and monitoring account management;
• Generate relevant reports, checklist and presentations to the Management/Clients;
• Maintain and organized filing system;
• Develop and maintain a positive and strong relationship with the clients, committees, owners/tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess a Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Building Surveying or any other related field;
• Minimum 2 year experience in strata management;
• Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015 and other related act.
