💪 Last year, I attended【Year 1 The Best Union Team Building】alone.
I still remember standing there thinking —
“One day, I’ll bring my own team here.”
🌟 This year — dream fulfilled.
I was joined by 4 amazing teammates all the way from Sandakan.
That feeling? Unreal.
It wasn’t just about showing up — it was about showing growth.
🧠 My biggest takeaways this year:
👂 — Communication isn’t just about speaking. It’s about understanding.
When we listen to understand, not to reply, we connect deeper & build trust that unites a team.
That’s why our theme hit deep this year: “Understand To Unite.”
🧭 — True leaders lead, not micromanage.
It’s about giving direction, not control.
Guiding, not forcing. That’s how teams flourish — with trust.
🙏 — It goes both ways.
Grateful for leaders who has guided & believed in me,
and teammates who fights alongside us.
Because every sale, every growth, every win — is a team win.
🚀 My for next year:
To bring at least 10 teammates — each one growing, earning, and leading in their own lane.
