🤝”𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫“ 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞🤝
This year, 3 members from our Sandakan Team were promoted to 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫!! 👏👏👏 Big Congratulations to
🎉Angel Lim Sis.Angel.LYT•忆婷•房地产投资顾问
🎉Catherine Liau Catherine Liau
🎉Sunny Wong Sunny Wong

Lots of time, my team always asks me.
"𝐅𝐔, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧??"

And my answer is always the same. 😌
"You started from the wrong part, before sales, 𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐓 & 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐔𝐃𝐄 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭."

Too many titles in the market, but not enough role model and inspiration.
❌ If you don't practise the RIGHT CULTURE and ATTITUDE,
No matter how much sales 💰
How many team you have 👥
you are just a SALESPERSON 🤖.
Because..
𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄. 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄. 🤝

Are you feeling stuck and looking for a breakthrough? and let's work together and achieve greatness together! 💪

🌟𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆🌟

I always get this from different people..
"Ah Fu I don't know how to edit video.." 😣
"Ah Fu I am not an online person.." 😖

People don't realise..𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡.

Every conversation, every experience, every question you answer, and every time you introduce a product to someone — 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞.

You don’t need to be an expert. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 and 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭. 💭

That's why we step onto the construction site to understand how the project is being built. 🏠
The more you KNOW, the better you can SHARE.
The better you SHARE, the more people you can REACH.

Marketing is not limited to a title or a position.
It’s a skill everyone can learn.
It’s an opportunity everyone can create.
And yes — 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆! 🚀

🌟𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐀 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐑
Monthly training with 140 pax of commited teammates 🔥
I often say this...
𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 = 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓

Great outcomes only comes to those who chose to take actions instead of doubts. Let the doubters be doubting, but the ACTION TAKERS to EXCEL 💪

Thanks a lot to all the leaders who making this happened, congratulations to achievers!! 😍

💥𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐞💥
It has been like HELL for the last 2 months… A period full of agonising pain and medications 💊

However, I’m very grateful for 2 things.
1️⃣ Shingles reminded me to pay more attention to my health. ❤️‍🩹

2️⃣ Assisted 5 buyers to get their dream property and featured in 𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐇 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝟏𝟎 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐒. 🙌🏻

Life took twists and turns sometimes that change your plans, but my gratitude to my fellow customers will never change ❤️ Thanks for supporting and trusting Helmsly Fu when he disguised as a pirate 🏴‍☠️🫰🏻
