今天特意放下手上所有工作, 到学校参加儿子越野赛跑. 更让我惊喜万分的是, 成绩出炉完全出乎意料. 他拿下了四年级男子组第四名🏅 这一刻也真切印证了: 果然早起的每一份付出, 都会有收获.🏅🥳

熟悉我的人都清楚, 我的工作节奏一直很快, 甚至可以说大部分时间都被业务, 会议, 项目填满, 时间永远感觉不够用. 但有一件事我坚持了很多年, 无论工作再忙, 孩子的成长时刻, 错过了就不会再来.

所以一直以来, 只要是儿子学校的活动, 不管是运动会.. 周年晚会.. 家长日.. 还是像今天这样小小的竞赛, 只要是太太需要我, 希望我一起参与的事, 我也永远把它排在很靠前的位置. 对我来说, 这不是额外的付出, 而是身为爸爸, 身为丈夫最该做的事. 每一次需要我在场的时刻, 我几乎从来不会缺席.

职场上我们都在追求各种成绩, 各种目标, 但走到最后会发现, 家人脸上的笑容, 彼此之间紧密的联结, 才是我们最扎实的成就.

当我听到你正式升级为领导的消息,
我心里那块悬了好久的石头，
终于彻彻底底落了地 💪🏿
说真的, 没有谁比我更清楚,
这一天你等了多久, 又拼了多久~

好多回忆突然就一股脑涌了上来,
好多话也跟着冒到了嘴边.
