shopping malls and spa&reflexology.If u interested for booked with us,just call n we can discuss.We have 3 choices for clearing the payment.1)Cash In Hand(will arrival,we can wait at Marina Court Resort Condominium gate.2)Cash Deposit(we will advise on
the acc. number).3)By Cheque(all cheque shall be cleared n banked-in at least 14days prior to arrival).For every cancellation,u must inform us.U are required to inform on the shortened stay in order for us to facilitate the check-out process.Stay at Marina Court Resort Condominium also had a condition.1)All personal belongings such as luggage,vehicles and other property belonging to the guest(s) shall be the risk of the guest at all the times.2)Property owners do not accept any losses or damages.Condition for Check-in time at 02.00PM,and Check-out time shall be 12.00PM.We need name,contact details n the person who has made the reservation.This is for failure to do so may results in inconvenience during the Check-in process.If u want to extend ur stay,please call us to confirm for availability.1)Extend till 06.00PM - Half Day Rate. 2)Extend stay exceeding till 06.00PM - Full Day Rate. Please take note that should the keys,remote control devices or decor are lost or not left in the condo when ur depart,charges of RM250 or actual cost whichever higher will be incurred to u as the replacement cost.If the unit u stay,door are locked with the keys left inside,we will charges RM50,incurred to u to open the door.If u want choosing to stay with us,u are agreeing to these policies n observes it at all time during ur stay.We shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever(direct,indirect,consequential or other).
