🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
✨ Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Sinaland’s residential and commercial property projects
- Engage with potential buyers via walk-ins, events, and digital platforms
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional sales consultation
- Assist customers throughout the sales process — from enquiry to signing
- Meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads
- Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and roadshows
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
- Previous sales or real estate experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and a team player
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
