Freehold 和 Leasehold 分别是什么？

它重要吗?!
我们这边做一个简单的分享~

Freehold：
永久地契，简单来说永久地契就是那片土地拥有权是你的，可是其实政府也有权利收掉你的房产来发展，一般在市中心和成熟比较旺的地区都很难买到永久地契，Freehold会比Leasehold 贵 15-20%哦！

Leasehold：
一般Leasehold项目都是99年，意思说超过99年你需要把地还给政府，或者你可以和政府申请延长期限。Leasehold不只是比较便宜投资在美的地点对投资者或是自住都比较优势因为入场便宜到卖的时候可以到更高的价格。
