Ada sahabat yang dah lama kenal AKD minta tips untuk nak beli rumah untuk pelaburan..

1st sekali, alhamdulillah.. beliau berminat untuk beli rumah bagi tujuan pelaburan.. yang bagi AKD beliau ada unfair advantage sebagai seorang penjawat awam..

Cuma.. bagi AKD jika sekadar tips yang mungkin boleh AKD berikan kepada beliau tetapi bagi AKD mungkin tidak cukup sempurna untuk beliau mulakan langkah untuk beli bagi tujuan pelaburan..

Kombinasi ini diperlukan untuk seseorang itu mula bina profil untuk beli hartanah untuk pelaburan..

1. Ilmu pasal pelaburan hartanah/kewangan

2. Platform untuk memudahkan perjalanan pelaburan hartanah beliau.

3. Networking agar beliau tidak merasa keseorangan dalam journey pelaburan hartanah beliau.

Sebab apa AKD berpandangan begitu?

1st CYCLE HARTANAH AKD (2005-2011)

1. Ketika ini, hanya beberapa naskah buku mengenai pelaburan hartanah yang menjadi “guru” AKD.

2. Antara naskah yang AKD baca sewaktu itu adalah;

- Bagaimana hendak jadi tuan rumah jutawan (Azizi Ali)
- Kaya Dengan Rumah (Shamsudin Abdul Kadir)
- Makan Gaji Tapi Kaya (Shamsudin Abdul Kadir)

3. Selepas baca beberapa naskah buku ini, AKD sudah berani buat keputusan untuk memiliki beberapa rumah pelaburan pada waktu itu.

4. So kalau ikut apa yg AKD kongsikan di atas, AKD hanya mempunyai perkara No .1 sahaja, itupun melalui pembacaan buku sahaja. Tiada yang betul2 guide kita. No2-4 tiada sewaktu itu.

5. Namun, mungkin nasib menyebelahi AKD pada waktu itu bila hartanah yg AKD miliki pada waktu itu berjaya “buat duit” bila disewakan dan dijual. Alhamdulillah.

6. Jika ditanya, berapa modal awai untuk AKD gain knowledge hingga dapat beli hingga 4 unit hartanah pada waktu itu, harganya adalah untuk 3-4 buah naskah buku pelaburan yang harganya lebih kurang RM 100++.

2nd CYCLE HARTANAH AKD (2017-2023)

1. Namun, bila AKD mula membaca buku seterusnya pada tahun 2014 iaitu:

- WTF: 23 hartanah sebelum 30 (Faizul Ridzuan)

pandangan AKD mula berubah. Sebab apa? sebab cara penulis buku ini belinrumah pelaburan lagi tak masuk akal & doable untuk pelabur/orang biasa seperti AKD.

2. AKD mula tanam hasrat agar suatu hari boleh berlaga lutut dengan penulis buku tersebut sebab ingin tahu lebih lanjut cara beliau beli hartanah.

3. Tahun 2016 setelah pulang dari kerja haji 2015, AKD tekad nak menjejaki beliau dengan lebih dekat. Kami set satu pertemuan 1-on-1 di Solaris Mont Kiara.

4. Kesudahannya, 2017 AKD enrol as a client sebab AKD dah jumpa 4 perkara yang AKD sebutkan di atas. Paling AKD rasa berbaloi adalah No 4 iaitu DEALS!
