最近发现一个还蛮实际的东西
The Era楼下要开NSK了 👀
Recently noticed something quite practical —
NSK is opening right downstairs at The Era 👀
其实以前很多condo都一样
环境是不错，但生活有点不顺手
买个菜、买个东西都要开车
Honestly, a lot of condos are like this —
nice environment, but daily life isn’t that convenient
even buying groceries means driving out
现在如果楼下有超市
真的差很多
But when you have a supermarket downstairs,
it really makes a big difference
那种感觉是
👉 下班回来不用再绕
👉 突然想煮东西也不用烦
👉 周末可以完全不出门
It’s the kind of change where
👉 you don’t need to detour after work
👉 you can cook anytime without hassle
👉 weekends can be fully “stay-in”
这种东西平时不会特别去想
但一旦有了，就回不去
It’s not something you think about often,
but once you have it, you can’t go back
对住的人是方便
对出租来说，其实也是加分的
It’s convenient for own stay,
and honestly a plus point for rental too
The Era现在慢慢开始有这种“生活感”了
