SkyWorld has officially signed a historic Joint Development Agreement with Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and its subsidiary, PDC Properties, to bring the Rumah Bakat Baru MADANI scheme to life!
Spanning two prime locations in Penangโ34 acres in Seberang Jaya and 161.5 acres in Batu Kawanโthis ambitious project will deliver over 35,000 quality homes under the Rumah Mampu Milik and Rumah Bakat Baru MADANI schemes, priced affordably between RM225,000 and RM420,000.
The signing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur was witnessed by esteemed leaders including Prime Minister YAB Datoโ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Housing and Local Government Minister YB Nga Kor Ming, and Penang Chief Minister YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow.
