SECURITY TIER SYSTEM IN CONDOS

Most of the time when you see a new residential high rise development being launched and marketed, one of the features would be their security tier system such as 3-tier or 4-tier security. What exactly each tier is? Let's find out!

For a high rise with 3-tier security, which is the most common, the 3 tiers include:
1) The guardhouse entering the development
2) Entering the lift lobby from the car park
3) Inside the lift to get to your unit's floor and the facilities floor

As for a 4-tier security, the fourth tier would be the smart lock at your unit's main entrance. You will have to scan each tier with your access card
