Subject: Product Arrival Notification & Required Procedures – Fujairah, Jurong, or Other Ports
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are currently seeking information on any product (diesel or related petroleum products) that is scheduled to arrive or has arrived within the last 5 days at the following ports: Fujairah, Jurong, or any other port.
For any such product, the seller is requested to provide the following documents and details:
ATV (Authority to View)
UDTA (Unloading/Delivery Transfer Authorization)
Vessel details
Captain’s contact number
Additionally, the seller must allow our representatives to perform a dip test in order to determine the Quantity & Quality (Q&Q) of the product.
Payment Procedure:
Upon completion of the dip test and confirmation of Q&Q, the buyer will provide a comfort zone by making a 35% advance payment against the product, thereby securing control over the shipment.
The remaining payment will be made after the product has been injected.
After the dip test, the buyer will handle all further necessary actions regarding the product.
