【Ideas and thoughts】
After the scourge of the COVID pandemic, the city has finally regained its vitality. Starting with the locally widespread trend to now tourist haven, the vacation home rental market is growing. Eaton Residence located at Jalan Kia Peng has its shares on the market as it is conveniently located in the city with proximity to tourist destinations. For guests who wish for peaceful surrounding while enjoying the facilities, the building has the largest and highest infinity pool which overviews the KLCC.
Considering the diversity of tenants, we decided a simple and modern design would suit and accommodate any ethnic group; we also aim to provide homeowners with a -effective design so that they can create the best interior design impression possible.
We are inspired by the delicate and practical design from . The bronze wall mirror, the rounded (for safety considerations) table and the TV cabinet are details that can enhance the overall comfort and stay.
【Design Concept】
Featuring warm natural wood, neutral colors, and careful planning of lighting effects, is designed to satisfy all lifestyles.
Our concept is to apply off-white wallpaper throughout the entire unit to lay a warm foundation as an overall tone to create a unique design that stands out among similar commercialize/short-term rental/homestay interiors. As a result, we prove that the usual, almost identical design packages for homestays can be of hotel-level quality design, yet relevant to practical lifestyle.
One of the highlights here is the bedroom wall above the headboard. In line with the overall natural warmth ambiance, the wall is especially pasted with dark and texturized wallpapers and borders with the wooden stick to form a frame. The space is carefully customized according to the size of the bed to emphasize the sense of depth.
