Dulu masa baru baru kawin, kami start menyewa dulu. Lama kelamaan rasa macam buang duit je. Tiap-tiap bulan bayar sewa,
tapi akhirnya, rumah tetap bukan milik kita pon.

Of course semua orang ada niat nak memiliki rumah nama sendiri
Tapi bila tengok harga, tengok loan 35 tahun, terus rasa macam emm nanti lah..

Nak stabil dulu sebelum beli rumah. Kumpul duit, simpan gaji, cari yang terbaik. Lepas 2-3 tahun, baru lah saya ready nak betul2 survey rumah. Tapi hidup tak semudah tu...

Harga market dah naik dah time tu..
Tak pasal2 kena tangguh lagi niat nak memiliki rumah.
Sebabtu ramai pasangan kat Malaysia ni dah ada anak 3-4 pon masih menyewa.
