WARNING!❗️WARNING!❗️FOR FIRST HOME BUYER❗️ Under (HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACT) HDA Malaysia, the (DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD) DLP is 24 months, starting from the date you receive your keys.
