THE TAMAN TUN DR. ISMAIL TOWNSHIP WILL CONTINUE TO GROW, SAYS NAZA TTDI CHIEF

Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property development arm of Naza Group, intends to develop further housing projects within the Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (TTDI) township in Kuala Lumpur.

Chief executive officer Daniel Lim said the company has pockets of land for development within TTDI and anticipates the township to be fully developed in another ten years.

The majority of the land is now occupied by several petrol kiosks and are conveniently placed within the well-established TTDI neighbourhood.

Naza eyes IPO in what may be Malaysia's largest in 2024

KUALA LUMPUR: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of the Naza Group plans to undertake what may be Malaysia's largest initial public offering (IPO) in 2024.

According to its chief executive officer Daniel Lim, the property company intended to list on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and was also considering forming a real estate investment trust (REIT).
