重磅！ Valiram家族豪擲11億入主TRX！大馬奢侈品巨頭搶購商場辦公樓股權，神秘買家終曝光

（吉隆坡22日訊）澳洲跨國地產巨頭聯實集團（Lendlease）宣布，其大馬旗艦項目The Exchange TRX迎來新夥伴！Lendlease官方公告雖未直接點名，但多份財經媒體（如MarketWatch、Motley Fool）報導確認Valiram Family Office就是這次的神秘買家！

馬來西亞知名奢侈品零售集團Valiram Group的家族理財室Valiram Family Office，以約11億令吉（2.65億美元）向聯實收購TRX零售商場40%權益，以及辦公樓全部60%權益。

交易完成後，聯實將保留TRX商場20%權益，以及住宅地塊與已完工酒店60%權益，並繼續提供資產管理服務。預計2026財年下半年完成。

TRX商場首年營運就創佳績：銷售額達26億4000萬令吉，吸引4500萬訪客，成為大馬頂級購物、餐飲與娛樂地標。聯實投資管理總執行長賈斯汀·加巴尼表示，此交易反映市場對TRX品質與長期潛力的信心，「我們將借助本地投資，創造更大價值。」

Valiram家族為馬來西亞印度裔企業家，家族企業Valiram Group創立於1935年，由Utumal Valiram在馬來亞（現馬來西亞）成立，最初專營紡織品進口貿易。後經第二代Jethanand Valiram（已故）領導轉型，擴大至奢侈品與旅行零售領域，如今由第三代Sharan、Ashvin及Mukesh Valiram掌舵，成為東南亞領先的奢侈品帝國，代理逾200個國際品牌（如Michael Kors、Victoria's Secret），以機場免稅店和高檔零售聞名。Valiram Family Office作為家族投資臂膀，此次收購擴大其房地產版圖，強化在大馬商業影響力。
