All guests are kindly required to register their vehicle car plate number at the Front Desk before exiting the parking area to enjoy validated parking.

Please ensure your car plate is registered during check-in or before departure to avoid any parking charges.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team. No prior experience needed — Training will be provided!

✨ 3 Main Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in / check-out, reservations and payments accurately
- Be the first point of contact, handle enquiries and resolve guest issues professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams for smooth operations

📋 Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field)
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia; extra languages are an advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, good communication & willing to learn
- Flexible to work rotating shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
- Neat & professional appearance

⏰ Working Hours: Rotating shifts

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary + Commission
