Auction Procedure :
* Please take note that there is no inside viewing in auction properties
* Bidders are advised to survey the property from outside the premise
* Property is sold on an as-is-where-is basis
Step-by-step guide for buying auction properties :
1) Inspect the auction property with the full address given. You may only view from outside the premise.
2) If you decide to bid for it, kindly provide full name, IC no and address for registration purposes.
3) Obtain a copy of Proclamation of Sales and conduct a land search on the said property.
4) Prepare a 10% deposit to serve as a reserve price. Set a maximum budget for the said bid.
5) Representative needs to fill in a separate form.
6) Attend the auction and participate in the bidding session accordingly.
7) When a bid is successful, the bidder would need to top-up the difference to meet the minimum requirement of 10% of the purchase price.
😎 To the unsuccessful bidder, a bank draft will be returned on the spot.
9) Financing can be arranged after the bid.
10) The successful bidder needs to settle the remaining balance in full within 90-120 days.
