Did you know that the amount a lawyer (solicitor) can charge you is regulated?
Where exactly is the legislation for this?

It is called the 'Solicitors' Remuneration Order 2005'.

P.s.: In case you missed it, "a solicitor may give a discount of up to 25% on fees specified in the First
Schedules (ie; Sale and Transfer). So next time you can that quotation from your preferred legal firm, try asking for this. 😁

Can you get more discount than this? Apparently there are firms that do provide more, but advice not to do so.

An actual view from one of the older condos in Seputeh. The neighbourhood actually has a decent accessibility, with malls nearby, especially Midvalley, making it a good location. Not to mention it's situated very near the PJ border.

A few new high-rises are being constructed in the area. One plans to build covered walkway to Midvalley. This same project has also engage Ministry of Design to do their interior.

The importance of having a good JMB or building management for strata properties.

This property, located in Keramat, was completed in 2017. 4 years later it still is in great condition.

Who is the JMB for for this property you may ask? Benz & Carlton.

First time coming here. There is actually a small cafe where they serve breakfast and lunch. Limited menu, but food was decent and reasonably priced. Cozy and private place.

Recently ada orang minta cari new landed property in Selangor that is priced below RM700k.

So this is what I can find.

Not everything saya boleh jual but I want clients to know that I will be as open as possible on the options available for them. At the end of the day, beli rumah ni commitment yang besar.

What I'm looking for is building long term relationship.

PS: Kalau nak beli rumah landed baru siap tahun 2021 dekat area Bukit Jalil bajet below 900k then maybe I have something for you.
