TH Properties recently was honoured to welcome our colleagues from the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Halal Development Corporation Berhad (HDC), alongside delegates from China to our Techpark@Enstek in Negeri Sembilan.

This visit provided an opportunity for TH Properties to showcase the development of Techpark@Enstek, while sharing insights on its growth potential and plans for halal industrial ecosystem, at the same time explore future investment and collaboration opportunities.

The entourage also visited Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad (AMB); an eco-friendly factory that sits on a 46-acre land at Techpark@Enstek. Certified as Green Building, this factory is the role model for industry players alike to gauge the importance of innovation where industry excellence meets sustainable development to support Malaysia’s halal industry.

A key milestone of the mission was the Exchange of Agreement Ceremony between TH Properties and CanSino Biologics for the proposed development of Halal Vaccine Manufacturing Facility at Techpark Enstek, reinforcing Bandar Enstek’s potential as a regional hub for biotechnology and advanced healthcare solutions.

Representing TH Properties' Bandar Enstek Halal Hub, a pioneering world-class HALMAS-status halal park in Malaysia, Mohd Ismadi will bring valuable insights from an integrated halal industrial ecosystem that serves as a global blueprint for cluster-based development.

The session will bring together industry leaders and policymakers to explore how halal industrial zones can accelerate the transformation of OIC Member Countries into globally competitive halal production hubs by strengthening manufacturing capabilities, enhancing supply chain integrity, promoting intra-OIC trade, advancing sustainability, and leveraging Islamic finance to support ecosystem growth.
