1)房子银行贷款 Morgage Loan (每个月还)
2)水电费 (每个月还)
3)物业费 Maintenance fee (每个月还)
4)门牌税 Assessment bill(每6个月还一次)
5)地税 Quit rent(一年一次)
6)排沟费 Indah water (每月Rm8)
7)公寓保险 insurance(一年一次)
