PROJECT MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects involving sound planning of layout, budgeting, organizing,implementing and conduct project risk assessment.
- Review and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
- Conduct project risk assessment and feasibility studies for new and on-going projects.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects.
-Administration function: preparation of project claims, certification, reports, cost budget valuation and all proper documentations.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-Civil, QS or equivalent.
- Preferable Managers specializing in Engineering-Civil/ Construction/ Architecture or equivalent.
- Required working experience; At least 5 years (for Assistant Project Manager) & 10 years (for Project Manager).
