Building Structure, Floor Plan Recognition, Environmental Knowledge, Market Trend and Demand, Finance, Feng Shui,
Good Communication Skills and Communication Skills.


從事房地產買賣新樓盤，二手樓盤及租憑的房中介，代理工作性質 :

根據各戶的要求尋找合適的房子，並陪伴客戶考察房子，
