Since 1980, Beverly Group’s founder, Mr Lim Seak Koon was involved in construction and development of residential projects, golf and country club, mixedused and hospitality projects in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia. Beverly Group Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Singapore registered Qingdao Investments Pte Ltd. With its office based in Kuala Lumpur, the Group’s current focus is Malaysia and has

a pipeline of projects . On 21 March 2015, Beverly Group officially launched its latest project, 28 Boulevard. This is a 11.07-acre site is designed for 2 towers of SOHO, 2 towers of service apartments and 2 levels of commercial units. In Year 2013, Beverly Group acquired 16.5 acres of freehold land in Wangsa Maju and in the following year, secured a 16-acre land at Taman Equine’s town centre. Together, the 3 sites comprise of 8 developments to be launched over the next 5 years.
