Tricks to get Zero Downpayment House 😉
As we know almost every property we bought can only apply 90% loan amount from the property selling price. For example, we buy a property with RM600k, thus we can only get RM540k loan amount from bank and we need to pay RM60k as our downpayment.
I got some tips here to get Zero Downpayment and you might get some cashback for extras. Some of the developers are giving discount/rebate for the newly launched projects. So, we can look for the newly launched projects and research on it. Some projects offer 10% as rebate some even giving more rebate by generous developer.
If we are getting 15% rebate, RM600k property, we got loan offer for RM540k but we are getting discount for RM90k. Therefore, after deduction from the downpayment (RM90k-RM60k), we got excess of RM30k which is our cashback.
