"MM2H programme to have three categories", says Motac

PETALING JAYA (June 23): Latest development involving the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), the government will “set the requirements” to divide the programe into three categories.

Each of the three categories, Platinum, Gold, and Silver, will require a different amount of permanent applicants’ savings. Applicants of the national MM2H must have permanent savings of at least RM1 million and liquid assets of RM1.5 milllion.

They must also have an offshore income of at least RM40,000 a month.

你知道什么是分层产权(Strata Title)吗?

许多业主尽管房产已经买了多年,至今还未收到他们的分层产权证书。分层产权证书有什么大不了的?

分层产权证书是针对分层产权的物业发放的。

这意味着你和其他公寓业主拥有除了自己的特定单位或地块,也同时共同负上公寓公共区域的法律责任。这些区域包括游泳池、健身房、电梯、休息室以及任何不属于个别分层单位持有人的区域。

分层产权证书很重要,因为:

• 它是公寓的拥有权证明
• 它可以被用作贷款给银行的抵押工具
• 分层产权证书发放后将由公寓业主组建公寓管理公司(Management Corporation)管理公寓事务

土地当局发放分层产权证书后,开发商应在发放日期起的30天内将产权证书转移给购房者。这也是许多业主经常忽视的重要步骤。如果产权证书没有转移到业主名下,他们就不是房地产的拥有者,只能是房地产的受益人而已。
