BELI KE SEWA? DUA2 PUN ISUNYA, DEPOSIT!

Rasanya perkara paling nightmare apabila hati terdetik nak beli atau nak sewa rumah adalah DEPOSIT.

Nak beli kena letak 10% deposit dulu. Kalau rumah RM300k, depositnya saja sudah RM30k. Nak sewa pun sama. Istilah 2+1+Half memang tidak asing lagi kepada penyewa2 tegar. Nampak sewa RM1,300 ja tapi depositnya saja sudah mencecah RM4,550 tak termasuk lagi RM+++ untuk tenancy agreement.

Lebih berat lagi, bila dah menyewa dapat p**a rumah atau bilik macam tongkang pecah. Sakit mata dan jiwa memandang. Ditambah lagi dengan tekanan air ciput, coverage internet tersedak-sedak dan worse lagi, caj bil elektrik dan air kena bayar asing on top of sewa monthly. Sabar yo lah!

Cut it short guys. Kalau korang nak menyewa bilik yang cantik dan ohsem sesuai dengan nama page ni Ohsem Heya = Bilik Yang Ohsem. Heya tu bermaksud Bilik dalam Bahasa Jepun) stick around dengan page ni ya. Lebih elok lagi tolong share dan like 😊
