No Money Down official video is out!

It has been a surreal experience that I get to be doing this events for more than 13 years of my life (equivalent to someone in secondary school form 1 😵‍💫). It is both an honor and a blessing 🙏🏻.

As the years rolled by, each No Money Down has only became better and more exciting. People come to me with passion filled in their eyes, and I always do my best to help make their dreams come true. Without you, there will be No Money Down.

Not to mention all the hard work that all the hard work that was put into making No Money Down great every year. From the brilliant coaches that came all the way from Hong Kong, Thailand and all over the country, to all the amazing crews, thank you for the unforgettable adventure. Cheers to many more No Money Down. Haha!

Last December, we had our final round of No Money Down for the year 2022. Here is a little overview of how it went last year. Most of these people you see are on their way to getting their properties. And this is what this program strives for - to help and inspire them to become the best version of themselves ✨

No Money Down is our longest-running, most result-oriented program; investing in properties takes a serious load of commitment and discipline. With just a pinch of faith, you only need a leap of faith to believe in yourself.
