This M Centura unit in Sentul wasn't designed to go viral~ 🙂

No marble wall, no gold handles. The owner's moving in themselves — so we designed it for the next 10 years, not for one good photo

🚪 A glass sliding door between the kitchen and the yard — keeps the laundry's damp and smell out, but still lets the yard's light flow into the kitchen. Clean and bright, not a sealed dark box

💡 A single cove light tracing the living room ceiling, instead of harsh downlights. The view faces the opposite block, so we built the mood inside the room

🗂️ A full-height entrance cabinet with one open niche — a drop zone for keys and decor, everything else hidden behind doors. Open it up: proper shelving, soft-close hinges. The part nobody posts, but the part you touch daily

Nothing flashy. Just thought through. That's how we build~

So we focused on warm lighting, rich textures, and carpentry that ages beautifully. 🏡

3 luxury details we added for this unit:

We combined a full-height grey marble panel with vertical black timber fluting and a glass display cabinet with hidden warm . The floating TV console keeps the floor clean and visually expands the living room. It's that "5-star hotel lobby" vibe — but at home. ✨

💡 Cove Ceiling with Warm Ambient Lighting
Instead of harsh ceiling lights, we built a recessed cove ceiling wrapped in soft amber LED strips. At night, the whole living room glows like a boutique lounge. Perfect for movie nights, perfect for unwinding after work. 🌙

🪟 Layered Curtains + Coffee-Tone Kitchen
Double-layer curtains (sheer + blackout) to control light and privacy without losing the city view. In the kitchen, we went with deep coffee-tone carpentry paired with a marble-pattern countertop — durable enough for daily cooking, but classy enough to host guests. ☕
