if you plan to own a house now, will inflation deter you?
With the bank interest rate on the rise, is it the right time now to buy property ?
Let not fear holding on you, but rather let your clear mind set on your property buyng plan.
Plan 1 : Buying from secondary market
Buy a ready house now , and move in soonest possible
In this manner, you must have sufficient fund stand buy and also take in consideration the increase of interest rate.

Plan 2 : Buying from Newly launch developer projects
Buy now but use later ( handling key over after 3 to 4 years later )
In this case. you only need a small budget to book the house , arrange for financing but instalment payment start only few years later ( after house ready and key hand over by developer )
This option allow you to start buying a house with low cash commitment . inflation might have lower impact on you.
