Kenny Woon Realty

Kenny Woon Realty Hi there, I'm the proprietor of several properties in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka area. I am keen to rent out my properties for both short and long term.

Hello again, I'm Kenny. Do allow me to further introduce myself here. I am an engineer by profession. Real estate happens to be one of the many interests I have in my life. The main objective of this page is to provide information to those who are keen to RENT a room/ or whole unit especially in KL/Melaka area. I am the proprietor of these properties, unless stated otherwise. Flexibility is what I am trying to provide here; dealing with the owner directly will save you a lot of hassle, not to mention, any mis-communication that may arise. I am able to recommend you spaces that will suit your budget and needs at the moment. Of course I love my job as an engineer, but real estate has always been my passion because I will never forget how I felt when I owned my very first property.
'Home Sweet Home', right? Besides, this could also be a way for me to make new acquaintances, as I am the easy going type and friends are very important in my life. Besides, my the nature of my job does not really entitle me to expand my network of friends. Having shared with all of you these, please feel free to let me know should I be of any service to you. I will be more than glad to show you around; I'm also willing to share with you my experiences and thoughts (especially on buying leasehold vs freehold properties in Malaysia), however please note that all these advice offered by me are just my two cents. We can always meet up for a drink or two (coffee sounds great). No harm in that, I suppose. Alright, so long, till I hear from you. Thank you very much and have a great day. Sincerely,
Kenny Woon
