Some people say : Malaysia is heading into property bubble.
But the question is When? This year? Next year? 5 years time?
One of the signs to look out for : Non Performing Loan (NPL)
These days, many banks are already extremely selective in who gets to borrow from them. In this respect, Loan approvals have helped to maintain a healthy level of quality borrowers causing Non Performing Loans percentages to drop drastically from 16.6% in year 1999 to 1.7% last year.
Tips : The NPLs would normally go up during a crisis or when a crisis is nearing.
So is property bubble nearing? Ermmm....
Always Remember : The best time to buy a property is always 5 years ago.
