Strengthening Competency in Medical Device Management

On 26–27 August 2026, ServeCo conducted the ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices Risk Management Training at the Seminar Room, Zecon Hotel, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

The two-day training brought together the ServeCo team for an engaging session of knowledge sharing, professional development and meaningful discussions on medical device quality and risk management practices.

More than just a training session, the programme provided an opportunity for our team to strengthen their knowledge, exchange practical insights and enhance the competencies required to support the safe, reliable and effective management of medical devices within healthcare environments.

At ServeCo, continuous learning is an important part of how we strengthen our capabilities and improve the quality of the services we deliver. By investing in our people and building technical competency, we continue to support higher standards of healthcare asset and facilities management.

State Financial Sarawak Site Visit

We were welcome Pejabat Setiausaha Kewangan Negeri Sarawak, Dato Sri Dr. Wan Lizozman for a visit Hospital Tunku Ampuan Besar Tuanku Aishah Rohani, Hospital Pakar Kanak Kanak (Hospital TABTAR)

Joining the visit as guests from SISB, BPNB and Affin were Wan Abu Bakar Wan Hamid, CEO of SISB, Dato’ Muzaffar Hisham, CEO of BPNB, and Datuk Haji Zainal Abidin Bin Ahmad, Director of Zecon.

The visit provided an opportunity to share insights into our operations and healthcare facility management services with the visiting delegates.
