A management body cannot exercise powers it does not have. These management bodies can only exercise powers granted to them by the SMA 2013.

They have no power under that Act to (a) ask their residents to test for Covid-19 and (b) bar a resident from his home because he is suspected of being infected with Covid-19.

Menteri kata penyewa boleh diarah JMB/Persatuan Penduduk untuk jalani saringan COVID-19. Tapi biasanya caj tinggi (RTK 100-140, PCR 200-300), kecuali bila ada program khas.

Habis tu macam mana warga B40 mampu nak balik rumah?

Tambahan p**a, JMB/MC perlu masukkan arahan ini dalam ‘house rules’ mengikut Akta Pengurusan Strata. Perlu notis 21 hari dan EGM. Waktu PKP mesyuarat EGM tidak dibenarkan. Jadi bagaimana arahan ini boleh dilaksana JMB/MC secara sah? Jika dilaksana tanpa EGM, penyewa boleh cabar. Menteri sedar?

Dasar ini harus dikaji semula, jika tidak ia mungkin akan menimbulkan pelbagai komplikasi dan masalah tambahan.

Washing of dishes
Emptying of trash and disposal
Sweeping and mopping of floors
Wiping and dusting of furniture surface, fan, mirrors, windows, tables cabinet.
Scrubbing and wahsing of toilet, bathtubs, sink and shower
RM100 per day (9am to 6pm)

Tugas: mengecat rumah & jadi helper tolong susun perabot jika perlu. Contract job. Waktu kerja 9-6 pm (RM80/hari). Kerja part time. Mencari yang rajin kerja sahaja.
