JOB VACANCY-START APR 2025
Position: Building Surveyor
Term: Contract 6 months (minimum)
Starting Salary: *RM2200-RM2500
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Building Surveying.
• Experienced in building inspection and reporting.
• Possessed own transport with driving license B/B2 or D.
• Able to work in team and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, systematic and discipline.
• Able to work outstation.
Candidates with basic knowledge & skills in AutoCad and Microsoft Office will be highly considered.
Work scope:
Carrying out building inspection/ building survey (BCA/BCS).
Prepare building condition report.
Produce building plan (measured drawing).
