两年前买了一间40年老的半独立排屋，现在终于准备装修啦！有经验的朋友来给点意见吧！

这间屋子是我两年前买下来的半独立排屋，屋龄已经40年，地点还不错，格局也蛮喜欢的，就是整体比较旧。现在终于打算开始动工装修了！

几个我在考虑的问题：
1. 结构要不要大改？ 老房子很多墙体是承重墙，想把客厅和厨房做成开放式，不知道可行吗？
2. 屋顶和电线需要全部换吗？ 有人说旧屋顶+旧电线一定要换，有人说只修哪里漏哪里，不知道哪个比较划算。
3. 预算怎么抓比较合理？ 我目前抓一个中等装修，可能不包括全屋定制和高级建材，不知道40年老屋这种整修，大概多少钱比较合理？
4. 有没有推荐的装修风格？ 我想要保留一点老屋的味道，又想住得舒适，大家觉得北欧风/侘寂风/现代简约风哪种最适合老排屋？

我有一些想法，但真的不确定哪些该省、哪些该花。
