Here are the key responsibilities 👇
🔍 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
1️⃣ Attend viewings for sale and rental units
2️⃣ Handle move-in and move-out processes
3️⃣ Coordinate and attend renovation and repair works
🗂️ 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 / 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀
1️⃣ Advertise sale/rental units and arrange viewing appointments
2️⃣ Handle all tenant enquiries and follow-up
3️⃣ Manage rent, deposits, and tenancy renewals
4️⃣ Pay all property-related bills (utilities, maintenance fees, quit rent, assessment, fire insurance, etc.)
5️⃣ Keep property, tenant, and inventory records updated
6️⃣ Purchase household items online/offline (washing machine, fridge, curtains, etc.)
