Yesterday, our Associate Director of Property Management, Nagashanthini Sukalingam, shared valuable insights at the Strata Property Management Seminar 2026 on future-proofing strata communities through proactive maintenance strategies, smart PropTech and IoT adoption, vendor governance, energy optimisation, and long-term asset enhancement planning.

The session highlighted the importance of moving from reactive management to data-driven decision-making, helping protect asset value while enhancing operational efficiency and long-term performance.

In conjunction with International Day of Charity and World Humanitarian Day, colleagues from Knight Frank Malaysia, together with Group Managing Director Keith Ooi and Group Executive Chairman Sarkunan Subramaniam, spent the day at Lighthouse Children Welfare Home.

Together with the children, they decorated mosaic coasters, terracotta pots and tote bags that will be sold to help raise funds for the home. Essential household items were also contributed to support its day-to-day needs.

Thank you to Lighthouse Children Welfare Home for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of this meaningful initiative.
