Pembeli boleh mendapatkan harga yang berpatutan melalui diskaun atau rebat yang ditawarkan oleh Pemaju bagi menarik minat pembeli-pembeli yang lain.

Kesimpulannya, sebagai seorang Pembeli yang bijak, lakukan dahulu perbandingan dan kajian (due diligence) sebelum membuat keputusan. Setiap individu mempunyai “preference” yang tersendiri dan janganlah kita menyesal di kemudian hari.
