✨ Why Residents Love Calling The Atrium Home:
*Prime Location: Situated along prestigious Embassy Row, balancing central convenience with neighborhood charm.

We love the community we’ve built here!

To protect the comfort and security of all our residents, we would like to remind everyone that short-term stays are not permitted.

The Atrium is intended for long-term residential use only. This means hosting guests via platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Agoda is a violation of our building’s bylaws.

By avoiding short-term "hotel-style" stays, we:
✅ Maintain a higher standard of security.
✅ Reduce wear and tear on our facilities.
✅ Ensure peace and quiet for your neighbors.

Thank you for helping us keep The Atrium an exclusive and peaceful sanctuary for everyone.
