最近去了Semenyih这边的Township，看看周边环境，发现这里比我想象中成熟🏙️🏡

以前一直觉得买房最重要看价格、看户型，反而觉得周边生活圈才是每天真正感受到的东西。从项目走出来2-5分钟，下楼有东西吃，有地方买菜，有咖啡店，有公园散步，住起来舒服真的比什么都重要！🙌

💚 McDonald、KFC、Starbucks、Chagee、Jaya Grocer、Majestic Labs等等都在附近。
